Health, food, water and sustainability at the rural-urban interface in the global south

In the second episode of a series of interviews with our ECTMIH2023 partners, Juliette Mattijsen, ECTMIH 2023 local organising committee member,  met with Dr Katarzyna Kujawa-Roeleveld, lecturer and researcher in urban system engineering at Wageningen University Research Centre about the headline session entitled "Health, food, water and sustainability at the rural-urban interface in the global south".

In discussion, they covered how fields of expertise such as food and environmental technology contribute to solving ecological crises, the role of education and the need to incorporate the ideas of young people, and how congresses like ECTMIH 2023 can make an important contribution.
